Updated 2026-06-11 · TwinFlame Group, Reddenda01What Reddenda is
Reddenda is a reimbursement-intelligence platform for independent medical practices, operated by TwinFlame Group. Our self-serve Snapshot tool produces a free benchmark report from public federal payer-rate data.
02Not advice
The free Snapshot is informational only. Its output is generated from Reddenda's own normalized dataset built on public federal Transparency-in-Coverage filings, the NPI Registry, and the CMS Physician Fee Schedule. It is not: financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, billing advice, coding advice, or a guarantee of payer reimbursement. Your specific contracted rate with any payer may differ materially from the benchmarks shown. Always verify against your actual contracts and payer remittance advice before acting on any Snapshot output.
03Acceptable use
- You must enter accurate information about your practice. Submitting another practice's NPI or impersonating another provider is prohibited.
- You may not scrape, mass-query, or systematically harvest data from the Snapshot tool or its underlying APIs for redistribution. Reasonable practitioner use is welcome; commercial-grade data extraction requires a written license.
- You may not introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
- You may not use Snapshot output to misrepresent Reddenda or to claim that we have endorsed your practice or any negotiation outcome.
04Free tier
The free Snapshot is provided as-is. We rate-limit usage (currently 3 snapshots per email per 24-hour rolling window, 8 per IP per 1-hour rolling window) to deter abuse. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.
05Paid tiers
Paid products (including the Counteroffer Memo, Practice Audit, Pro subscription, and Growth tiers) are governed by their respective Stripe checkout pages and any specific terms presented at the point of sale. The Founder's Promise applies as described on the Founder's Promise page. Reddenda identifies documented opportunity based on public contracted rates and submitted practice inputs. Actual recovery depends on payer response, contract terms, documentation, and negotiation outcome.
06Data ownership
You own the data you input. We own the benchmark output we generate from it (the application of our methodology). We have a nonexclusive license to use de-identified, aggregated data to operate and improve the service.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinFlame Group's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Reddenda shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
08Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TwinFlame Group from any claim arising from your misuse of Reddenda, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
09Intellectual property
"Reddenda" and "TwinFlame Group" are trademarks of TwinFlame Group. All site content (other than your inputs) is © 2026 TwinFlame Group.
10Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate by ceasing to use the service and emailing us to delete your data.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
12Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
